If you don’t start your day with something sugary, are you even at a Disney festival? First up is the Blueberry Crumble Cake over at the new EPCOT Farmers Feast in CommuniCore Hall. It’s topped with a blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve that is basically spring in a cup.

Speaking of aesthetics, the Mickey-shaped Lemon-Violet Macaron at Sunshine Seasons is almost too cute to eat, almost. It’s got that perfect floral-meets-citrus vibe that defines the festival.

Of course, no trip is complete without the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade from Pineapple Promenade. It’s the unofficial mascot of the festival for a reason; that purple hue and floral sweetness are legendary.

And if you’re wandering toward the Odyssey, grab the new Cinnamon Beignets at The Citrus Blossom. They’re tossed in lemon sugar and served with a honey mead-blueberry compote that sounds like a total game changer.

For the brunch all day crowd, Brunchcot (near Test Track) is serving up a new version of Shrimp and Grits. We’re talking blackened shrimp and cheddar grits with a heavy-hitting tasso ham gravy.

If you prefer your carbs in waffle form, head to The Honey Bee-stro for the Chicken and Waffles. It features a sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle and orange blossom honey that hits that perfect salty-sweet note.

Over in the World Showcase, the pavilions are bringing some serious heat. The new Sha Cha Beef Bao Bun in China is a must-try for fans of savory peanut sauce and a little jalapeño kick.

Meanwhile, Italy’s Primavera Kitchen is finally giving us Arancini, risotto balls stuffed with beef ragoût and peas. It’s classic, crispy, and exactly what you need to fuel a lap around the lagoon.

You can’t talk about Flower & Garden without mentioning Frushi at the Hanami booth in Japan. It’s fresh fruit and coconut rice wrapped in a soy paper sushi roll, and it remains one of the most refreshing snacks on a humid Florida afternoon.

Finally, round out your trip at Jardin de Fiestas in Mexico with the Flan de la Abuela. This isn’t your average flan; it’s a hazelnut-chocolate version with vanilla crème anglaise that is basically a hug in dessert form.
