On Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm guests will find the Food Truck Round-Up at The Settlement. These are not Disney-owned trucks, but there is one Disney truck in the area. There were six different food trucks available the day we were at the resort.

There is a Wetzel’s Pretzels truck, a pizza truck, one that serves Mexican food, one that has soft serve (similar to Dole Whip!), and another with tasty cupcakes.

Wetzel’s Pretzels is pretty well-known already. You can get delicious soft pretzels in a variety of ways. The Mexican truck is called El Cactus Azul and serves standard Mexican food. The red truck is Pizza Conic and serves pizza in a cone along with frappes. There was one Disney food truck there when we were. Chuck Wagon Fresh Fixins’ serves up some basic hot dogs and corndogs.

To satisfy your sweet tooth, you’ve got two options: The Naked Cupcake and Carousel’s Soft Serve Icery. The Naked Cupcake allows you to customize your own cupcake while Carousel’s Soft Serve Icery dishes up delicious dairy-free soft serve.

Which truck would you stop at first?
