When it comes to creating timeless memories and magical moments for millions of guests around the world, Cast Members are the ones behind the magic. They always make sure you have the most magical vacation ever, so why not return a bit of that pixie dust with a positive feedback?

Back then you had to go to a Guest Relations location and ask for an applause-o-gram to write a compliment to a Cast Member, write an email or post on social media, but now showing your gratitude is easier than ever with the introduction of mobile cast compliment to the My Disney Experience app.

Now with the touch of a button, guests on the go can access a new feature via Walt Disney World 50th anniversary destination guide on the app. Just select a positive statement and location from the menu and share your cast compliment!
