Getting There: Your Grand Entrance to the Magic!

First things first, how do you even get to this enchanting place? If you’re flying in, you’ve got a few options. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is usually your best bet, especially if you’re coming from far away. It’s France’s biggest airport and super close to the parks. But if you’re hopping over from somewhere in Europe on a budget airline, you’ll probably land at Orly Airport (a bit further south) or even Beauvais Airport (a regional airport, a bit more of a trek, but often has those sweet, sweet cheap flights!).
Already in Paris? No worries, getting to Disneyland Paris is a breeze, it’s less than 45 minutes away! You can hop on the RER A train from central spots like Chatelet or Gare de Lyon, and it’ll whisk you straight to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy, right at the park’s doorstep. Pro tip: grab a round-trip ticket to make your return super easy! If you’re coming from Charles de Gaulle, the TGV line also goes directly to the park.
Buses are another fantastic option. The Magical Shuttle runs from both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports directly to your hotel. And if you’re already in the city, the Disneyland Paris Express has five convenient pick-up spots, including near the Eiffel Tower! For ultimate door-to-door convenience, a taxi or rideshare is always an option from either the city or the airport, usually taking about 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
Where to Rest Your Magical Head

Disneyland Paris isn’t just about the parks; it’s got seven fantastic Disney hotels right on property, each with its own unique vibe! Ever dreamed of living like royalty? The Disneyland Hotel is a 5-star beauty right at the park entrance, offering royal-themed rooms and fancy dining. If you’re more into superheroes, the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is a sleek 4-star spot packed with over 350 pieces of Super Hero art – even in your room!
For a nautical adventure, check out the Disney Newport Bay Club, a charming 4-star New England-style resort. If you’re craving a cozy, rustic escape, the Disney Sequoia Lodge feels like a grand mountain lodge with a touch of Bambi magic. And for a taste of the Wild West or Route 66, Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Hotel Santa Fe are themed to “Toy Story” and “Cars” respectively. Finally, for a more secluded, cabin-in-the-woods experience, Disney Davy Crockett Ranch lets you unwind in your very own cabin. So many choices, which one will you pick?
Tickets, Please!

Now for the all-important tickets! Whether you’re planning a quick day trip or a multi-day family extravaganza, Disneyland Paris has options. Just remember, you’ll need to book your tickets online in advance.
If you know exactly when you’ll be visiting, a Dated Ticket is usually your best bet for saving a few euros. But if your plans are a bit more flexible, or you’re giving the gift of Disney, an Un-dated Ticket lets you register your visit date closer to your arrival. And for groups of four to six looking to experience the magic between June 19 and October 16, 2025, the Family & Friends Ticket offers a sweet discount!

With these tips and a little planning, you’re all set for an incredible adventure at Disneyland Paris! Get ready to make some truly unforgettable memories!
