The moment Fall Disney discount-hunters have been waiting for is finally here. Disney released two new discounts this morning including their coveted FREE Dining offer for 2017. We here at Disney Addicts are pleased to share with the delicious details of both offers.
FREE Dining Offer:
Receive a FREE Quick Service or Disney Dining Plan when you purchase a three night minimum non-discounted package that includes a room at a select Walt Disney World Resorts and a minimum 2-day ticket with the Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus add-on for arrivals most nights during the following time periods:
- August 21st to September 30th, 2017
- November 14th to November 20th, 2017
- November 25th to November 27th, 2017
- December 8th to December 23rd, 2017
Disney is changing it up from last year with guests at Value and Moderate resorts being offered the Quick Service Dining Plan which includes two quick service meal and two snacks per person per night stay. Guests staying at Deluxe or Deluxe Villa resorts during these dates will be eligible to receive the Disney Dining Plan which includes one quick service meal, one table service meal and 2 snacks per night stay. Both plans also include one refillable resort mug per quest.
The following resorts are not included in the offer:
- Little Mermaid Room at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s Port Orleans- Riverside is excluded from November 14th to December 23rd, 2017
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter
- The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
- Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
- Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows
- Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
- 3 Bedroom Villas
Guests hoping to take advantage of this offer should act fast. Spaces are limited. Reservations must be made by July 7, 2017.

Walt Disney World Resort will be offering a Room Discount Offer for most nights between August 1- October 7, 2017 when booked by August 31, 2017. The offer is available across Disney Value, Moderate and Deluxe Resorts with the following exceptions:
- Disney’s Art of Animation – Little Mermaid Standard Rooms
- 3-bedroom Villas
- Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Length of stay requirements may apply. Savings is based on non-discounted prices for the same room. Additional per-adult charges may apply if there are more than two adults per room. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

What a crock of a promotion. Basically you either choose a value resort and pay half price for dining plan or pay through the nose for a deluxe resort and get “free” dining. We anticipated moderate resorts getting free dining so that’s what we were signed up for. We are changing to a value resort to save money since the promotion is the same for both. Disney is annoying and once again show they care only about the bottom line and not their customers.
