For anyone who grew up marvelling at the history of Disney animation, this new space is going to feel like a warm hug from the past. Walking through the reimagined courtyard will feel like stepping right onto the historic Burbank lot where Walt himself walked. This special nod includes our very own version of the iconic Studio Theater, which will happily continue to house the beloved “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure.” Right next door at the soundstage, the little ones are in for a treat with a fresh, high-energy Disney Jr. show. It’s the perfect blend of the classic storytelling we grew up on and the new memories our kids are making today.

Beyond the shows, the real charm of this new area lies in its invitation to slow down and just soak it all in. While exploring the studio grounds, families can take a much-needed break to play, relax, or snack on tasty treats under the shade of lush, beautiful trees.
