It’s the most wonderful day of the year! No…not our birthday, even better! It’s National Donut Day! Are you team #donut or team #doughnut? Doughnut or Donut no matter how you spell it, Disney makes some amazing Doughnuts and what better way to celebrate than with a roundup of some of our favorite donuts from around Disney Parks.
Dole Whip! Is there anything more quintessentially Disney than Dole Whip? With so many ways to enjoy it, it’s impossible to choose a favorite but this Dole Whip Doughnut at Disneyland comes close! It is stuffed with bits of pineapple and covered in pineapple flavored icing and topped toasted marshmallow meringue. Need we say more?
I wanna be where the donuts are… Seriously, have you ever seen a more adorable doughnut than this? You can catch this sparkly mermaid donut at Walt Disney World at Prince Eric’s Village Market! With all that frosting, you’ll probably want a Dingle Hopper to help you eat it!
This simple donut got its start in New York and became an absolute sensation! We are talking, of course, about the Cronut. Part croissant…part donut… all delicious! Warm flaky layers topped with cinnamon and sugar, what’s not to love? This is our absolute favorite doughnut treat at Disney. You can find it at the Refreshment Port at Epcot.
The beignets in New Orleans Square at Disneyland bring out the Southern Belle in us, especially when paired with a mint julep. If you’ve never tried this delicious duo, well… bless your little hearts, Y’all need to get on that. You can find them on either coast- New Orleans Square at Disneyland and Port Orleans Resort at Disney World.
Excited yet? We cannot wait to get our hands on these amazing deep fried creations the next time we are at Disney! Our must-try list just keeps growing. Share your favorites with us in the comments!
