Can you imagine living in a community designed by Walt Disney Imagineers? Storyliving by Disney can make it possible!
This concept is designed to inspire residents to foster new friendships, pursue their interests and write the next exciting chapter in their lives surrounded by Disney magic. For now, the first location will be built in Rancho Mirage in California’s Coachella Valley! Why here? Simply because Walt Disney used to owned a home and vacation with his family at this location. Additional locations in the U.S are under exploration for future development.
Disney’s outstanding customer service will also be part of these communities! Disney Cast Members will be trained in the company’s legendary guest service and operate the community association. Each location will also have some neighborhoods for residents age 55+, as well as, a club membership that will provide access to experiences like a wellness program, entertainment ranging from live performances to cooking classes, philanthropic endeavors, seminars and much more!
“For nearly 100 years, Disney has shared stories that have touched the hearts and minds of people around the world” said Josh D’Amaro, chairman, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. “As we prepare to enter out second century, we are developing new and exciting ways to bring the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, expanding storytelling to storyliving by Disney. We can’t wait to welcome residents to these beautiful and unique Disney communities where they can live their lives to the fullest.”
