Walt Disney Statue Is Coming To Epcot!

Disney recently confirmed that Walt Disney statue is coming to Epcot!

The project was put on pause when the pandemic started but now is back on track and we couldn’t be more excited!

Epcot was a very important project to Walt, inspired by his creative vision, this park entertains, inform, inspires and instill a sense of belief and pride in all of us. So it makes perfect sense to have statue dedicated to the men who started all here.

“Today – on Walt Disney’s birthday – we are reminded of his legacy of hope. Walt showed us all the potential we have to dream of a better future and how important and special it is to bring that future to life. As we shared at D23 Expo last year, the dreamer’s spirit inspired us to feature a new statue of Walt as part of the new World Celebration neighborhood in EPCOT, in a location we are appropriately calling: Dreamer’s Point.” mention Disney Imagineer, Zach Riddley.

There’s no exact date for this project yet, but we hope we can see Walt at Epcot soon!
