Disney recently unveiled the new Play Disney Parks app giving guests the chance to explore the Disney theme parks live never before. This trans-formative new digital offering made it’s debut yesterday (June 30th) at both Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland in California.
The Play Disney Parks app brings to life unique interactive experiences that give guests of all ages a chance to enjoy an eclectic array of activities that will enhance your theme park experience. To give you a sense of how the app can be of use during your next visit, here are four awesome aspects of Play Disney Parks that you’ll want to be sure to give a try during your next visit to the Mouse!
1. Play Games While You Wait In Line – No one likes being stuck in those long Disney queues but sometimes they are unavoidable. Guests who download the Play Disney Parks App will have a chance to pass your wait time in style with a fun array of imaginative games. Not only are they a great way of keeping the family entertained but they also provide opportunities for guests to interact with the environment around you! You can activate special show effects and uncover magical surprises all while waiting in line! Quests can be found throughout the four theme parks at Walt Disney World and the two parks that make up Disneyland resort. Indulge in the Songs and Sounds of Disney – The app also offers an enchanting audio experience featuring a delightful combination of the music of Disney and classic sounds you’ll hear around the Disney theme parks. Before or during your next visit you’ll want to be sure to visit Apple Music in the Play Disney Parks app to access exclusive curated playlists inspired by the sights, sounds and characters of Disneyland and Disney World.
4. Brush Up on Your Disney Trivia and Fun Facts – Become a font of Disney knowledge with the Disney Trivia feature. Band together with your friends and family to see if you all have what it takes to become a Disney trivia master while learning fun tidbits about your favorite theme parks!
