Can I Use FastPasses at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?

Last week marked the start of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World. Held on select evenings at Magic Kingdom, this special ticketed event is filled with ghoulish delights including parades, stage shows, evening fireworks displays, meet and greets, delicious treats and more. During party hours, many of Magic Kingdom’s attractions will remain open for the exclusive use of party guests. This is a great opportunity to squeeze in a few of your favorite rides.

With rides and attractions serving as one of the focal points of the evening festivities, it’s not surprising that a question I’m getting asked a lot this week is whether you can use FastPasses while you are at the Halloween Party.

Unfortunately, the answer is NO. There are only a limited number of tickets sold for the event which means smaller crowds and by extension shorter lines. For this reason, the FastPass+ system is not used during the party.

However, guests with a valid party ticket are allowed to enter the Magic Kingdom well before the party (at 4pm). This means that you may be able to squeeze in a few FastPasses before the party officially kicks off at 7pm. After 7pm there will be no more times FastPass times appearing in the system.
