You probably saw the moms during your visit, then shared with them the precious moment when their babies were born and now you can to see these cute duos during the Kilimanjaro Safari!
GIRAFFES
Do you remember Mara? Here she is with one of her calfs enjoying a nice day in the savanna!
BABIRUSA PIGLET
Here you can see Kirana which means “sunbeam” with her mom! Did you know babirusas are part of the hog family, native to the swamps and rainforests of the Indonesian Islands? They can also grow tusks as big as 17 inches!
MANDRILL
How adorable are Ivy and her mom Hazel? Ivy was born on April 10, you might be able to see her clinging to mom during the safari, which is a natural bonding behavior.
RHINOS
And finally, we have Ranger! Here you can see him with mom enjoying a deep dive wallowing in the mud!
