There are different experiences to consider when planning a Disney vacation. For many, it’s about being able to see their favorite Disney Princess or seeing unique Disney offerings tied to these characters. To help you with your dining plans, here are several places to visit for a meal fit for a Disney Princess.
Cinderella’s Royal Table – Magic Kingdom
The Grand Dame of all Disney character dining reservations, make your dreams come true by enjoying a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner in the majestic dining hall set within the iconic Cinderella Castle. You’l be able to enjoy a majestic atmosphere as you eat inside the castle. There’s also a photo op with Cinderella as you enter the castle Breakfast menu highlights include Caramel Apple-stuffed French Toast and Shrimp and Grits with lunch and dinner menus serving up gourmet classics like Beef Tenderloin or Braised Pork Shank.
Be Our Guest – Magic Kingdom
Even though you won’t find Belle at this exciting new Fantasyland eatery, there is something so magical about walking up to Beast’s Castle for a meal. The setting is convincing that it’s hard not to feel like you are in a scene from the movie. However, the meal isn’t strictly counter service with your food being brought to your table by one of the delightfully costumed attendees. At dinner, the castle is transformed into a slightly more formal Table Service Restaurant where guests can enjoy a French-inspired menu. The evening is also hosted by Beast himself. For a truly immersive experience, I recommend sitting in the Gothic West Wing where visitors can view the enchanted rose. Beauty and the Beast fans will also enjoy ordering the Grey Stuff from the dessert menu. Prices range from $14.99 per adult to $34.99 per adult depending on the meal. Advanced reservation (even for the Quick Service Meals) are essential and should be made close to the 180 day mark). Reservations can be made online through My Disney Experience.
Story Book Dining at Artist Point – Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
Meet Snow White, Dopey and Grumpy every evening while dining in a rustic setting, inspired by the Disney film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! Enter the Enchanted Forest to the sounds of delightful music that help bring a storybook fantasy to life. Plus, you can even meet The Evil Queen for a photo with her!
The spectacular dinner offers a choice of individual plated entrées and shared starters and desserts.
Begin the storybook-themed dining experience with shared appetizers including Hunter’s Terrine, Wild Mushroom Bisque and Wicked Shrimp Cocktail.
Choose your entrée from a prix fixe menu. Feast on the Royal Prime Rib Roast, Brother’s Grimm Herbed Chicken, Magic Mirror’s Slow-braised Pork Shank, Beef Stroganoff and Bashful’s Butter Poached Sustainable Fish. Or enjoy the vegetarian option—A Stroll Through Nature—featuring asparagus, leeks, arugula and gnocchi. Children can choose from a selection of kid-friendly items, including Royal Prime Rib Roast, Grilled Chicken or Princess Pasta.
Craving a sweet finale? Top off the experience with the “Poison” Apple, a dark chocolate-apple mousse, the Fairy Tale Gooseberry Tart and Miner’s Treasures. Not sure which to choose? Not to worry—you get one of each!
Disney Cruise Line: Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure is Disney’s first “Frozen”-themed theatrical dining experience, bringing the kingdom of Arendelle to life through immersive live entertainment — featuring favorite characters like Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf — and world-class cuisine infused with Nordic influences.
Families are invited to attend a royal engagement party for Queen Anna and Kristoff, picking up where Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen 2” left off. Elsa and Olaf host the celebration with catering provided by Oaken’s “Hearty Party Planning Service…and Sauna.” Join in the celebration with live entertainment, fun table crafts, hilarious sing-alongs
, and an exciting grand finale that brings everyone to their feet. The one-of-a-kind menu combines traditional flavors and ingredients from the Nordic region with modern, family-friendly fare. Only onboard the Disney Wish, this dining experience fills the stomach and the soul with one of the most heartwarming and entertaining dinner times your family will have on the seas.
